Gary and David have spent their careers finding and unlocking mind boggling performance never imagined by the original designers.  First they built a chain of "speed" shops and annual car shows to serve the automotive "gear head" community.   Retrofiting stock cars with speed, acceleration and handling enhancements.  Efficiency was not the goal.

Fourteen years ago, they sold the chain and crossed over from the dark side to start Synergy Construction and use their powers for good.  Together they have built the most experienced zero and low energy home builder in the northeast.  Still maximizing performance far beyond the imagination of the original designers.

Alex Cheimets:  VP Sales and Marketing
A funny thing happened on the way to a long career in industry.  After spending 15 years developing luxury appliances for America's largest appliance brands, Alex became interested, perhaps even obsessed, with home energy performance.  Alex's introduction to Synergy was as a client in the deep energy retrofit of his Arlington, MA home.  This project became through Alex's constant promotion, the best known Deep Energy Retrofit in the United States, and the template for most of the Deep Energy Retrofit projects in Massachusetts.
We don't let Alex hold a hammer, but he's become instrumental in the development and growth of Synergy Construction.
